Creamy Masked Potatoes

6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. Drain well. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and mash until light and fluffy.

Makes 6 servings.
